Sunway Lagoon is one of Malaysia’s best-known family parks, set in Bandar Sunway about an hour from the centre. It typically combines a large water park, amusement rides, a wildlife area and an adventure zone, so every age in the family finds something to do.

Slides, a wave pool and a lazy river for swimmers of all ages. Bring swimwear, a towel and sun protection.

After breakfast, a tour of the main sights of Kuala Lumpur with a private car and a guide.
See the Petronas Twin Towers, visit the Hindu temple of Batu Caves and the aquarium, then stroll through the Chinese market (Chinatown) and Arab Street.
The tour also includes Menara KL Tower. Return to the hotel at the end of the tour.

Stop 1 — Petronas Twin Towers
The icon of Kuala Lumpur: two steel-and-glass towers linked by a sky bridge, set beside the KLCC park, the fountain lake and the shopping centre at their base. The best photo angles are from the park.
Stop 2 — Batu Caves
A limestone hill sheltering a Hindu temple, reached by a colourful staircase beneath a tall golden statue of Lord Murugan. Wild macaques live around the steps, so keep food and small items out of reach; modest dress is expected.
Stop 3 — Chinatown and Petaling Street
A lively market quarter of stalls, temples and old shophouses where you can browse souvenirs, snacks and local crafts.
Stop 4 — Arab Street and Menara KL Tower
A stop in the Arab-style street of cafés and restaurants, and a visit to Menara KL, the communications tower on Bukit Nanas whose observation deck gives a wide view over the city.

Langkawi is an archipelago of 99 islands in the Andaman Sea, a UNESCO Global Geopark known for its limestone cliffs, mangroves and beaches. Local tradition tells of Mahsuri, the maiden whose legend is woven into the island’s name and landmarks. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours.

Stop 1 — Dayang Bunting — the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden
The island’s freshwater lake, set in the forest and linked to a local legend. Swimming is usually possible where permitted.

A stop in the bay where sea eagles and brahminy kites swoop to the water for fish, a favourite photograph of the tour.
