Do I need an account to use ALNWRAS WORLD?
No. You can explore our services and destinations freely and talk to a travel consultant on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. MY ALNWRAS customer accounts are coming soon.
How do I get a price?
A travel consultant prepares your quote and confirms prices and availability with the supplier before anything is booked. Online prices and live availability are coming soon.
How do visa services work?
Our team helps you with the requirements, preparation and follow-up of your visa through a travel consultant. Online applications and status tracking in MY ALNWRAS are coming soon. The visa decision rests only with the issuing authority.
Can I pay online?
Online payment is coming soon; until then, your travel consultant confirms how to pay for your booking. When online payment opens, card details will be entered only on the payment provider’s secure page — ALNWRAS WORLD never stores card numbers or CVV.
What is the ALNWRAS WORLD CARD?
Our loyalty programme, coming soon: points on eligible trips that you can use on future trips. The programme rules will be published when it launches.
I travelled with ALNWRAS before — will I be rewarded?
The programme is planned to include welcome points for previous ALNWRAS customers after they join. Details will be announced when the ALNWRAS WORLD CARD launches.
