Data we collect
Account and contact details, traveller data and documents required for the service, and your booking and points history.
Card and biometric data
We never store card numbers or CVV; payments are processed by the payment provider. Passkey sign-in never sends your fingerprint or face data to us.
Documents
Documents are kept in private storage, accessed only by authorised staff through expiring links, and every access is logged.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to publish your story at any time.
